Controller

The controller responsible for processing personal data on this website within the meaning of the GDPR is:

Robin Maier AI Agents

Contact by email and telephone

If you contact us by email or by telephone, we process the data you provide or that is technically apparent — in particular your email address, your name if provided, the content of your message and transmission metadata (such as timestamps); for calls, your phone number if transmitted, and any call information needed to handle your request — in order to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up correspondence.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your enquiry relates to entering into or performing a contract; otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to contact requests).

We delete this data once it is no longer needed for handling your enquiry, unless statutory retention obligations apply (for example retention of business correspondence under commercial or tax law).

Hosting

This website is hosted on a dedicated server operated by Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany). All content is served directly from that server; no third-party CDN is used for delivery. Where required under Art. 28 GDPR, a data processing agreement is in place with Hetzner.

Server log data

When you visit the website, your browser automatically transmits information (in particular IP address, time of access, page requested and user agent). This data is stored briefly in server log files to ensure technical operation and security of the site, and is then deleted or anonymised as far as technically possible and in line with common practice.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable operation of the website).

Audience measurement with Plausible Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly web analytics service provided by Plausible Insights OÜ, Västriku tn 2, 50403 Tartu, Estonia, to analyse how this website is used. Plausible does not use cookies and does not store personal data in a form that would allow individual visitors to be identified: no cross-device profiles are created, no persistent identifiers are stored, and IP addresses are not retained. The service collects aggregated usage data such as pages visited, referrer, device type, approximate location and individual interactions (for example clicks on the contact button). Processing takes place on servers within the European Union.

When the analytics script loads, your IP address is technically transmitted to Plausible but not stored. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in privacy-friendly, cookie-free audience measurement to improve our website). For more information, see the Plausible data policy.

No marketing tracking

Beyond that, this website does not use Google Tag Manager, web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, or advertising, remarketing or conversion tracking services. No tracking cookies are set for advertising or audience measurement — Plausible also operates entirely without cookies.

Retention

Personal data is stored only for as long as necessary for the respective purposes or where statutory retention obligations apply. Server log data is processed only temporarily as described above.

Your rights

Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) and to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR). Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR).

Please send requests to the email address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence or our place of establishment.

Changes

We may update this privacy policy if the website, technologies used or legal requirements change. The version published on the website applies.
